Matt specialises in helping clients build and deliver the architecture required to implement effective change. Through the practical application of cultural and behavioural change methodologies he engages with organisations at every level helping them to overcome challenges, accelerate strategy execution and release potential in their talent.
As a change architect Matt employs methodologies and key insights from Neuroscience, Anthropology and Psychology to increase the likelihood of success. Matt has studied Change at Stern Business School, is a certified Prosci change manager as well as having attended and delivered programmes on strengths based leadership, emotional intelligence, NLP, Tetramap, communication and many more.
Matt is a graduate of Durham University in England with a BSc Hons in Economics & Politics.
