Henry is an internationally experienced Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach who is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their full potential.
Henry’s diverse career – ranging from being a combat officer in the South African Army to being the Global Selection Head for Standard Chartered Bank – has given him the ability to relate to people at all corporate levels and from all business sectors. His psychology training ensures added depth and understanding through the use of cutting-edge individual, team and organisational assessments. In addition, as Fellow and two-time former president of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, Henry’s maturity and credibility makes him perfectly suited for advising and coaching with senior executives and boards.
Henry’s main areas of expertise include coaching, psychological assessment and organisational effectiveness. He works across continents and industry sectors with clients who are serious about solutions. His passion for solutions leads him to design interventions that provide clients with profound insights that will catalyse profound growth and transformation. His favourite programmes and solutions go beyond the obvious to uncover root causes and insights that will catalyse sustainable change.
When he’s not pursuing his passion at work, Henry likes to spend time, reading, kayaking around Lantau Island and working with his hands – making or sharpening knives.
